This is because Lord of Wolves is a returning weapon from Destiny 1, and in Destiny 1 it was a shrapnel launcher taken from House of Devils forces. Origin & Description: There’s something weird about Lord of Wolves’ description, and figuring it out illuminates a lot of its backstory: the special icon for its perk (the yellow circle above this text) shows the crest of the eliksni House of Devils, not the House of Wolves. Ornaments: Packmaster’s Command, Splice of Life Masterworked Trait: Fang and Claw - Increases reload speed while Release the Wolves is active, and increases stability when it is not. Trait: Release the Wolves - Hold reload to swap to a longer, more powerful burst. Perk: Shrapnel Launcher - Fires a powerful short-range burst of Solar damage. ![]()
